====== Dearg-Ri Khaganate ======
The Dearg-Ri Khaganate was a Siridar faction involved in the [[dune:events:pashalik_entail|Pashalik Entail]] contest.
It was headed by [[..:characters:Santa-Anna Alraay|Santa-Anna]] of [[dune:factions:house_alraay|House Alraay]], who declared himself Khagan among the Dearg fremen people.

The Khaganate was known for bloody warmongering, making no distinction between fremen and Siridar, and was openly hostile to the [[dune:factions:pashalik_entail_trust_company|PETC]].
Subjects of the Khaganate were stripped of fremen status, and many were brutally enslaved.
Local governments were completely dissolved in favor of direct rule by the Khagan and his chiefs.
