The Muq'dasi were a Siridar faction that participated in the [[dune:events:pashalik_entail|Pashalik Entail]] contest.
Led by [[..:characters:Al-Walid VI Syronai|Al-Walid VI]] of [[dune:factions:house_syronai|House Syronai]], who wrapped himself in [[dune:locations:illusa|Illusian]] legend to claim the mantle of //Luk'al'Masa//.

The Muq'dasi were a militant group of religious zealots and saw themselves as fulfilling local Tursunni prophecy to defend Illusa from the foretold Siridar invaders.
Local governments were removed and [[dune:factions:pashalik_entail_trust_company|PETC]] officials killed to make way for the apocalyptic Jihad leadership.
