Chieftain of a village in [[polemos:4th_age:factions:saniori|Saniori]].  In the [[polemos:4th_age:campaigns:alpha_and_omega:main|Alpha and Omega]] campaign he allowed a caravan headed by [[polemos:4th_age:characters:jeryld_daskos|Father Jeryld]] and the characters to trade with his village.  When Father Jeryld was attacked Kai presided over the court proceedings that were a compromise between himself and the [[polemos:4th_age:characters:jon_chefyl|Captain Chefyl]].
