====== Esis ======
Capital of [[..:factions:coel-mahar|Coel-Mahar]] and its only major settlement.
The city was originally built into a flooded cove underneath the base of a collapsed Eleshite tower similar to the one still standing at [[.:Tel-Iundmare]].
Within a decade the city had filled the cove, and began carving both into the cliff side and building upon the tor above around the tower ruins.
From this reason the city is sometimes nicknamed the "city of stairs" as a maze of stairways connect the various levels and boroughs.

Prominent on the upper city is the Parliament House, built as a ship's prow above the cove's entrance with a small plaza acting as a balcony for ceremonies held with ships in the harbor.
The building itself sits at the root of the prow and features bay windows to an open veranda looking out over the sea.
Each admiral is given private residence in the estate, but the central assembly hall is open to all citizens.
