An independent Pheocian city-state on the western shores of [[..:factions:zulithan|Zulithan]].
The city was founded as a colony of [[..:..:2nd_age:factions:orises|Orises]] similar to [[.:Sifothai]], but was heavily damaged during the [[..:..:3rd_age:events:elesh_rebellion|Great War]].
Pheocian traders eventually conquered the city and established a dual-Stufet republic.
