A technology that allows a physical object to safely move through the [[..:..:8th Age:Eriv Zone]] that encircles [[..:locations:Polemos]]. The device is extremely cheap, and any engine capable of orbital escape will have more than enough energy to use the device. It can be used to create a field big enough to protect an entire vehicle as well as nearby craft.

Invented by Anna Um'Klrerink Von'Vannhausen, an anthegalian physicist, it is responsible for the ability to travel into space and is the sole reason for the flourishing Aeliosian civilizations.
