The Westward Cause was a social movement of Agothos during the 13th century. In AV1218 Sovereign Kaile of Dythos sends a letter to King Gregyn and the Agothonian Senate for assistance against the various dangers of Centras. Agothos answers the distress call, vastly increasing the flow of pioneers and free companies to Dythos by a factor of 10. The government does this by holding recruiting drives and paying citizens who relocate.
