A political and military alliance centered around the Aeserian Empire, it is the most powerful enemy of the 39 Shards in eastern Centras. It's members are kingdoms and nations that follow the Aeserians politically and ideologically, yet are strong enough to avoid being absorbed into the empire itself. Accord members often see themselves are the last bastion of Good standing against the sea of wickedness beyond themselves. The Accord is also ideologically opposed to the Free Alliance, though the two have both stated they will cooperate in time of dire need. As King Nadu said at the signing of the accord in 4E 1098:
The Evil Ones outnumber good men on all sides; they draw numbers from fear and gain advantage from the abuse of power against their own people. The Free Alliance would have us believe that the answer to this threat is to cast off a corrupting mantel of power and hide in the shadows of anarchy. It is well time we show these fools that True Strength comes from brave men who use their power; who through their righteousness resist power's temptation rather than run from it.
