A commercial city that sits at the highest navigable point on the St. Arthenia river system and thus the farthest one can travel by boat from Three Points. The city sits below the mouth of the Yulan canyon. Though the canyon's flint hills are low the river is wide and shallow and rapids prevent navigation upstream. Yulan castle sits several miles away, at the top of the canyon.
