The Senate
The second largest Arthenian faction – it is headed by the majority of the remaining senators of the old Republic (all those that did not join other factions). Although it claims to be the only legitimate government entity in old Republic territory it holds less than 20% of that. They also control much of the remaining military forces of the old Republican military that did not participate in the FDC’s coup.
