• Secret Role: MSI Magus. From a young age you have had mystical abilities. Your father said you got it from your mother, and if she had survived she could have taught you more. For a long time you thought little of your ability, ignoring and explaining away the premonitions you felt. After the crash that ended your piloting career, however, you were approached by NMCPD's MSI office - Magic/Supernatural Investigations. They sensed your abilities, and though many are assigned to MSI in disgrace to sit behind a desk until retirement, you embraced the opportunity. The continuation of an ancient order of orthophysi, they trained you in magical arts that you might combat those that abuse them. You quickly found success in your new role, and have been one of the newest members given the informal honorary title “Witch Hunter.”
• Secret Objective: One day MSI received a tip from the EB'G, Anthegalia's intelligence agency. The two agencies are in regular if infrequent contact, and they gave MSI intelligence about the Shibou Yomi along with a warning that a “cessation event” was occurring. Though they could not identify the artifact, EB'G's orthophysi have determined that the spirit of the artifact has dangerous intent, and an individual in Touyou has been possessed or enthralled by it. MSI has ordered you to find this individual and prevent them from finding the artifact at all cost, destroying the structure entirely if necessary. With the information given in EB'G's report, it is possible, maybe even likely, the individual is on your infiltration team.
• Secret Ambition: Since your youth, you have had recurring dreams of a man of light, walking through the pitch dark to rescue you from danger. Twice in your life you have had waking visions of him as you were frozen in terror - once during your father's work accident, and again during the crash that killed your comrades and ended your career. Now your instinct tells you that you will find this man at the bottom of the Shibou Yomi. Perhaps the EB'G is wrong and the man is directly tied to the artifact, or perhaps he will simply help you to defeat it, but you are certain that your entire life has led you to this moment for a reason.
• Secret Trigger: Risky behavior - freak accidents took the lives of your father and comrades, and ended your career. Seeing people put themselves in undue danger risks seeing yet another life ruining incident.
• Secret Break: Freeze - you cannot help but merely watch when bad things happen. For turn-by-turn situations a freeze takes 2 rounds.
