Nurkader Mandate

The Nurkader Mandate was a Siridar faction that participated in the Pashalik Entail contest. Founded by House Kabuyuk, the Mandate served as a feudal alliance to fulfill the ambitions of Tagbu Kabuyuk for victory in the contest. Mandate membership was available to claim scrip holders, who were required to swear fealty to Tagbu and surrender their scrips to him in a formal ceremony. In return commiserate feudal titles and fiefdoms were granted.

Under the mandate fremen were reorganized to pyon status, though sometimes local leadership was given special privileges to retain some level of autonomy. In all cases Faufreluches system and imperial culture was actively promoted. The mandate saw itself as a nascent form of the Pashalik government that would continue with few changes once all claim scrips had been secured.
