Second son of Mali. Celic's lineage is considered ethnarch to the Celic people groups in northeastern Centras. While individual peoples would develop physical features based on their environment and intermixing of families, Celic people are broadly known for brown to blonde hair colors, brown or green eyes, and olive to mocha skin.
