Met a party of adventurers in the Alpha and Omega campaign, arresting them for traveling without the proper permits and attempting illegal trade and cultural exchanges. He offered them their freedom if they would help him before duke of Toridia, however the characters betrayed him and instead left for Saniori after being released.
