A master arms-smith and firearms expert, William Obrust is an enthusiastic member of the Kingslayer group.

A full-blooded Vernick but cultural arthenian, William is 5'8“, 165 lbs with short black hair, fair skin, and blue eyes. His father was a software engineer, and mother a secretary.

William is known to be organized, good-natured, and never forgets a name or face. He can also be scatter-brained, manipulative, and can be quick to anger.

William, an only child, spent most of his early education in boarding school. Frequently elected to class officer positions, it was assumed he would enter a legal or political career. Instead he attended an apprenticeship at Emil Defense Industries (EDI). He attended night classes to earn a degree in mechanical engineering.

William quickly rose to become one of the chief gunsmiths of EDI, contributing improvements to the SR70-A2A “Honesty” sub-machine gun during it's “A3A” and subsequent upgrades.
