Bishop branch has tracked his current location to a resort penthouse on the Umerick sea colony of Ume'Jawahal, ostensibly to film the nearby fighting of the Diagenean naval campaign. He has assembled a security and IWAR team in recent days, possibly as a reaction to the pressure we've been putting on his cell. We've also located his 'strongbox', which will contain network info of his USC superior. Your objective - assault the penthouse and eliminate all hostiles with extreme prejudice, including Black Knight. Then upload A/V footage of the kill to the 'strongbox' before removing it for analysis - we want to send a message that INOC's reach is long and we aren't afraid to get a little bloody.
