Romulian

Romulian is the language of the Old Romulian Empire, which controlled over 95% of the world’s population in ages past. The nation was completely annihilated during the Great War, and the language died with it. So prolific was the language in official documents and bureaucracy, however, that in many parts of the world it is still the primary language for legal proceedings and government paperwork.
