Esis

Capital of Coel-Mahar and its only major settlement. The city was originally built into a flooded cove underneath the base of a collapsed Eleshite tower similar to the one still standing at Tel-Iundmare. Within a decade the city had filled the cove, and began carving both into the cliff side and building upon the tor above around the tower ruins. From this reason the city is sometimes nicknamed the “city of stairs” as a maze of stairways connect the various levels and boroughs.
