The only surviving [[..:factions:zulithan|Zulithan]] settlement outside of the Rahiel river, founded before the fall of [[..:..:2nd_age:factions:orises|Orises]] in the [[..:..:3rd_age:events:elesh_rebellion|Great War]].
Technically a land route to [[hikonzul|Hikonzul]] is available, but given it often takes months to cross the midnight desert travelers and caravans are sparse.

Rule by a council of Oriswenhu that nominally rule on behalf of the distant Parhru, but in reality Pheocian merchant guilds have far more influence over them than the king.
This arrangement is beneficial to all involved, however, as Pheocian trading ensures access to Sifothai timber across the Tannah Sea, a prized source of shipbuilding materials independent of entanglements with the more merchantile[[..:factions:ezkaphecia|Ezkaphecia]] or [[..:factions:hephecia|Hephecia]].
