Timeline

0 4A - Dragoons created, nations around the world hear the proclamation of Eleytheria and begin the “4th Age” timeline.

1124 4A - Vernick conquers Filon in less than a year, breaking the stalemate between the good/evil nations. Verick continues with many other successful campaigns against smaller surrounding nations, consolidating power.

1155 4A - Vernick and Drakotas form an alliance; Dragoons soon enter Vernick's ranks, further adding to their success.

1170 4A - Vernick, Drakotas, and other evil nations sign the Covenant of the Shards, creating the 39 Shards and organizing it politically, militarily, and spiritually.

1207 4A - The 39 Shards' membership swells to over 100. With most of Polus under control, evil men even occupy small sections of Agothonian territory, something that hasn't happened since the 2nd Age. The Agothonians, with token support from the Anthegals, stop the 39 Shards' advance.

1210 4A - Agothos, Anthegal, and several of the larger free nations form the reborn Free Alliance of the 1st Age to counter the 39 Shards' aggression. The balance of power is restored for the most part, and the war enters a stalemate once again.

5344 4A - At the battle of Seril the Free Alliance's main force is defeated, mainly through desertion and treason. The 39 Shards' soldiers pour into Agothos. Agothos falls before the year is out; the King of and his entire family are killed, ending the Agothonian line. The Free Alliance dissolves.

7027 4A - What is explained as a magical explosion occurs in Touyouian lands. The 39 Shards dissolves suddenly and evil lands are thrown into unending chaos. Many shattered free nations reform. The 5th Age, what would be known as the Golden Years, begins.
