====== Free Peoples Alliance (FPA) ======
The Free Peoples Alliance began as a trade agreement between the [[.:Republic of Agathos]] and [[.:Umere]] that specified that in exchange to Umere's extensive trade routes levy-free, Agathos would organize it's military forces to help defend those same routes from other, more aggressive powers.  This trade-for-protection exchange was then repeated to include much of the major powers of [[.:Locations:Polus]].  With much of the non-[[.:USC]] industrialized world in their fold they quickly rose to be one of the few super-powers, capable of projecting their power around the globe to support their ideology and interests.
