====== Briefing ======
**INOC Five**> For security reasons, Knight Six and the rest of the command staff are suspended. I have operational and organizational command until the internal investigations clear each individual in the chain. To start, thanks for saving Arthyr's life - your grandchildren will thank you for that, too. Using the tracking frames you sent through the strongbox I traced the message to 3 of our own. One was in HQ during the operation and was apprehended immediately - there was a bit of a scene. The other two were more clever and were off-duty at the time. They went to ground as soon as they heard about the arrest at HQ, but we had tails on all short-list individuals already. The damned traitors are Basyl Erathon and Euphymia Dyanasis, codenamed Black Bishop 1 and Black Bishop 2 respectively. We're raiding both their safe-houses tonight - simultaneously - before they can regroup. The operation file has details. Good Hunting.

...the mission file contains INOC dossiers on the targets, both intelligence analysts, and addresses of their current locations. Black Bishop 1 is hiding in the basement of an under-construction high rise, while Black Bishop 2 is in a second-floor room of a drive-up motel.

====== Logistics Phase ======
  * Bishop 1 (Basyl) is a facilities and materials analyst, who focused on analyzing blueprints for potential breach points. He has a SWAT background and served in organized crime units before the war, and a local militia during the civil war. Bishop 2 (Euphymia) is an organizational and human intelligence analyst, who was working on 'mapping' the people involved in various USC cells. She comes from a corporate background but was also involved in free unionist intelligence services during the civil war.
