• Secret Ambition: You have been changed. When the first reports of the Shibou Yomi's discovery appeared on your feed, you were enraptured in a vision. Your spirit left your body and flew to the the chasm, moving unseen past all the people and security to the pure darkness at the root. At first you were terrified, but in the darkness you heard a comforting voice. It said you had nothing to fear, for you had been chosen. The darkness was there to test you, but you would emerge victorious. With the blessing of the spirit of the Shibou Yomi, no man would be able to stop you. Your place as a great man in history would be assured, a hero of your nation celebrated down the centuries. Suddenly you were back in your office, the netmail assigning you to lead the Shibou Yomi mission just arriving. You must seize your destiny, reach the bottom of the Shibou Yomi and obtain its power, whatever the cost.
• Secret Objective: You are the the Shibou Yomi's one and only chosen, but you know it may abandon you if someone proves themselves more worthy of its blessing. Even before the vision faded your task was clear. You must reach the bottom alone. Many times in your life you have sacrificed people for someone else's benefit - their desires, their health, their lives - and it was always necessary for some higher good. Now for the first time, the Shibou Yomi asks you to make those same sacrifices, but not for some abstract ideology or corrupt power structure, but for your own destiny, and the salvation you can bring your people.
• Secret Trigger: Loyalty or intentions questioned - you made mistakes in your youth, and people use it as a weapon against you. You have saved the lives of thousands, and will save the lives of millions more, they have no right to question your motives.
• Secret Break: Vindictive - those that doubt you must be punished, lest others waver and the necessary path be lost in bickering and division.
