Interrogation record states she accessed classified K-H reactor designs to "soup up" a classmate's race vehicle. Charges dropped through plea deal that ordered service in Public Security. Served variety of IWAR roles in Public Security, including both Section 1 and Section 2. Roles include motorpool technician, network defense analyst, and hacker. Transferred permanently to Section 2 in AE238 on outbreak of war, assigned to Polus Division. Received commendation after IWAR operations compromised personal devices of top leaders for 3 Agathos civil war groups in one week. Selected for Shibou Yomi operation after it was discovered she had knowledge of the operation despite need-to-know compartmentalization. Emi is pragmatic, head-strong, and energetic.
