 Upon arriving at the Center of Administration the diplomatic mission met [[polemos:8th_age:characters:hera_granthos|Hera Granthos]], FPU Statecraft Provost. To the federation's surprise, a diplomatic team from the USC was also in attendance, led by [[polemos:8th_age:characters:lucius_cadius_titus|Lucius Cadius Titus]] and guarded by [[polemos:8th_age:characters:scipio_polian|Scipio Polian]]. The FPU claimed the USC was there to be a "neutral third party observer to the proceedings."
