Concord

Capitol system of the Saquaford Commonwealth, and in turn the Saquaford Subsector. Though commonwealth systems are not known for aristocracy, Concord is the closest the subsector has to blue-blooded high life. Its inhabitants are known to be austere, conservative, but intellectual and even-headed.
