A state on the islands and remote eastern coast of the island of Tasche, originally formed as a sailors' mutiny against the Duchy of Taschel. Though it claims legitimacy as a Romalian successor state by the Duchy's line of authority, most Tannah nations view Coel-Mahar as little better than a pirate haven.

Etymology

After initial attempt to topple the Duchy of Taschel failed, the admiralty took the name “All-Sea Republic” as a reference to the historical “All-Sea” Romalian) imperial policy that was used to justify conquest of the entire Tannah Sea region. Given the cultural mix of the mutineers, the name was commonly rendered as Coel-Mahar from “Koil” (Tuonic for “All”) and “Mahara” (the local Marretic for “sea”).
