Axian Sphere

Started as a way for the World Council on Neo Centaris to directly control its colonies on other Axios moons it has since spread to control other worlds in the outer sphere as well.

All residents are guaranteed economic freedoms, but political freedom requires citizenship. People of client worlds can only receive citizen status with military service. Council law also overrides colonial law in all cases.
