Kingdom of Al Selem
A monarchy led by King Abulkin III, it has only been 80 short years since the large island nation declared independence from Herin. It was isolated from major Polus nations since then and has much ire for them – especially former influential members of the Free Peoples Alliance that led the push for the embargo. The king used the chaos wrought from the FPA’s dissolution to launch a full invasion on Herin, hoping to subjugate its vast mineral wealth. This move caught Herin totally off guard. While NIST nations are actively fighting against Al Selem, the NPSL has used the invasion to undermine the NIST and punish nations who did not re-sign the FPA amended charter by covertly supporting King Abulkin.
