Dossier
Nakagami Ken, born AE211 to a military family. Diagnosed with a degenerative neurological disorder at age 14 and was fully cybernized after being selected as a candidate for experimental juvenile cybernetic therapy. Accepted into the Army's Cybernized Soldier program in AE229, quickly distinguished in training and sent to Special Forces school.
Served in Army Special Forces unit for 2 years. Went AWOL during training exercises in AE231 but was arrested in AE232 despite successful removal of trackers from cybernetics. Activities unknown during AWOL status, court-martial only convicted on charges of theft of government property and acquitted charges of murder for hire and yakuza affiliation. Sentenced to 20 years in prison but was commuted in deal to serve in Public Security Section 2. Operations performed for Section 2 under highest classification, personally selected for Shibou Yomi operation by Section 2 Director.
Ken is polite, efficient, and secretive. Capable of explosive bursts of violence without hesitation, yet controlled and analytical in demeanor. Few are able identify his true personal feelings on a topic, much less details of his private life.
