Dearg-Ri Khaganate

The Dearg-Ri Khaganate was a Siridar faction involved in the Pashalik Entail contest. It was headed by Santa-Anna of House Alraay, who declared himself Khagan among the Dearg fremen people.

The Khaganate was known for bloody warmongering, making no distinction between fremen and Siridar, and was openly hostile to the PETC. Subjects of the Khaganate were stripped of fremen status, and many were brutally enslaved. Local governments were completely dissolved in favor of direct rule by the Khagan and his chiefs.
