Ask your administrator if you think this is wrong. ====== Serene Republic of Lukka ====== A native/fremen faction of [[dune:locations:illusa|Illusa]] centered on the many archipeligos and rocky shores around the large eastern hemisphere ocean. Lukka operated as a merchant republic organized around a Legislative Assembly representing the various city-states, and an executive Doge who also served as Head of the Admiralty.
