Pashalik Entail Trust Company (PETC)
An Imperial corporation formed after the Spacing Guild's rediscovery of Illusa for the purposes arbitrating the selection of a house to receive the planet as a fiefdom. The company was formed due to conflicts in the Landsraad risking instability among the Great Houses, leading the Padishah Emperor Shaddam Corrino IV to declare the Entail process.
Trustee
The task of running Pashalik Entail, as well as the day-to-day operations of the trust fell to the Trustee. The trustee was appointed by the Board of Directors and intended to serve for the whole duration of the Entail process.

The Board of Directors appointed and provided oversight of the Trustee. Members included the Padishah Emperor, members of the Great Houses, and representatives from CHOAM and the Spacing Guild.
Entail Guard
The trust employed a large paramilitary force of Entail Guardsmen for the purposes of:
- Providing security to the Entail process.
- Protecting major economic assets of Illusa so the value of the entrusted fiefdom would not be harmed by conflict between Entail participants.
Each guardsman was deputized and had the force of Imperial law for the duration of the Entail. The guard was under the sole command of the Trustee, and apart from company interests was officially sworn to neutrality.
