Fourth son of Agas. Vogik's lineage is commonly considered the ethnarch of the Volkmen people groups in central Polus. While individual peoples would develop physical features based on their environment and intermixing of families, Filonians are broadly known for brown to black hair colors, brown or blue eyes, and light skin.
