Filonian Provincial Assembly (FPA)

A small republican government that controls territory in Filos and seeks reunification with Agathos. Unlike the FRF, they support the New Unity Church of Liberty as the official religion. This gains them much more support from Arthenian factions than their militia counterparts. Their military arm goes by the title “Filos Provincial Guard.”
