Integrated National Overwatch Council (INOC)

An international organization created to organize counter-intelligence and counter-terrorist efforts between states allied against the USC. Charter membership included the UFPF, Anthegalia, Touyou, Drakontas, Sildari, the Emirite of Umere, the Commonwealth of Herin, and Lae'Shina Federation. State membership was designed to be independent of the Liberty and Independence Defense Alliance though overlap was significant and unionist participation was mostly ambivalent and informal.

King: Command Branch
- Overwatch Council: Councilors appointed by member states. One seat per member with a chairman elected internally from among the councilors.
- Director (King Six): Appointed by the overwatch council to have direct day-to-day control of the organization.
- Deputy Director (King Five): Assistant to the director
Queen: Member State Coordination and Recruitment
- Commander (Queen Six): Appointed by Director, acts as branch commander.
- Deputy Commander (Queen Five): Branch intelligence chief, organization-wide personnel chief.
Bishop: Analysis and Psychological Operations
- Commander (Bishop Six): Appointed by Director, acts as branch commander.
- Deputy Commander (Bishop Five): Branch intelligence chief, organization-wide analysis chief.
Knight: Special Operations
- Commander (Knight Six): Appointed by Director, acts as branch commander.
- Deputy Commander (Knight Five): Branch intelligence chief, organization-wide security chief.
Rook: Technology and IWAR
- Commander (Rook Six): Appointed by Director, acts as branch commander.
- Deputy Commander (Rook Five): Branch intelligence chief, organization-wide logistics chief.
Pawn: Personal Intelligence
- Commander (Pawn Six): Appointed by Director, acts as branch commander.
- Deputy Commander (Pawn Five): Branch intelligence chief, organization-wide training chief.
