Neo-Meikyou

The largest and most populous city in Polemos, neo-meikyou is a megapolis covering thousands of square kilometers. Recent capitol of Touyou, it was named after the previous capitol Meikyou became uninhabitable due to a disaster that left the area with extreme K-H pollution.
