Grand Titan Empire
Largest military power of the outer sphere. Economic rights are guaranteed by imperial decree, with the exception of “royal patents” - whose holders (who include the imperial house itself) enjoy special economic favor.
Territorial Claims
The empire formally claims the outer belt and all worlds beyond it, though it actually controls only a percentage of that. It does, however, boast the biggest space fleets of the outer sphere; for all its faults it is the most reliable security when a human needs protection from pirates, the Material Sovereignty, or even Sanctuary.
