Paquinnaw

A large city on Providence, known for it's “vice tourism” and underground crime syndicate. It is the only city on the planet (and one of only a few in the subsector) that has legalized gambling and prostitution. Unsurprisingly it is a popular destination for shore leave troops and foreign traders.
