An Umerick general born in 4E 1212. Lanky and dashing, he is known for his warm demeanor and passion. He espouses nuanced views on duty, respect for authority, and other chain of command issues, but critics have been known to call him duplicitous.

When the Mu crisis began General Navid was one of the early advisors supporting abandoning the capitol and moving it to the Mu-defensible city of Alqah'Eshem. After two weeks of heavy casualties without royal approval of his plans, Navid imprisoned the Senior Admiral and offered and threatened to abandon all those that did not join the Unified Fleet's journey to his new capitol.
