Emirate of Umere
Although it is a member of NPSL it has many enemies from the old Republic who it sees as betraying them and leaving them to fight the USC virtually alone. In particular it loathes the FDC, and even though it is technically friendly to the Senate, it has been known to muscle into areas that ethnic Umericks are prevalent, under the guise of providing protection to its people so the Senate can “free up resources.”
