Yu'ian was the capital of Umere and it's largest land-based city. A city with ancient origins built atop the ruins of Alqah'Eshem, it grew to house over 9 million people and became the world's largest sea-port. Over 20 trillion credits worth of economic activity goods flowed through Yu'ian each year at its peak.

Yu'ian was destroyed on 5/23/AE238 by the USC from a Chaos Bomb detonation. Released by the MARCS-Class Ship Benevolence, the initial blast killed over 10 million people.
